Since the launch of the first Earth Day in the US on April 22nd 1970, tens of millions of people have taken part in global based activities…raising environmental awareness. It's great that a lot of people really does a lot of simple thing during earth day to contribute even if it is just switching the light off for an hour. I do hope it happens even though it is not earth day though. After my wastewater operator certification, I learned that some places aren't really that comfortable with water. With or without meter or with or without a universal metering, I think we all need to (wherever we are) be a little bit more responsible with and on how we use our resources specially water.
